I have been a patient of Dr Ryan Clancy's for over 20 years. His office has solved many dental issues that I have had and even provided a solution for my sleep apnea / snoring issue with a custom dental appliance -- I would highly recommend Dr Clancy to anyone that is looking for a solutions driven dentist that is willing to go the extra mile for his patients.

This place is awesome, very up to date in everything they do. Also, the staff is super friendly especially Leslie. She knows her stuff, and actually guided me on certain products to use when I was confused. I highly recommend!

Dr Clancy and his team are just amazing! I had to have crowns and fillings done, and Dr Clancy sat down next to me to explain the procedure, and I was immediately at ease due to his calm gentle demeanor. The staff went above and beyond for me, always making sure that I was comfortable! Dr Clancy walked me through the plan, answered all my questions and performed the procedure with such knowledge and precision; I was so thankful! They have restored my faith in dentistry! Thanks to the entire team!

Very scary experience. Bottom line: I believe Clancy is an unethical dentist focused more on making money than helping his patients. I went to see Clancy for a TMJ consultation. TMJ causes a lot of stress and pain for patients, to the point that you would want to do anything to fix it. The appointment was nearly 3 hours long and consisted of taking DSLR pictures of my mouth, doing fancy scans, and taking a comprehensive set of EIGHTEEN x-rays. (Comprehensive x-rays allows Clancy to bill insurance more compared to ordinary set of x-rays; insurance only lets you get this done once every 5 years.) I was never informed that the appointment would take that longit was a huge waste of my timeand in the end, I didnt even get a treatment plan. Just as how a rotten mechanic scams clients by fixing things that dont need to be fixed, Clancy gave me a diagnosis that was completely unrelated to my problem. He said that my gums are receding (Huh? Im in my 20s!) and I need a two-appointment laser periodontal treatment at a cost of several thousand dollars before even thinking about TMJ treatment. He refused to quote the TMJ treatment or tell me what it might be, but estimated it could range from $5000 to $10000, and then even suggested I might need full mouth reconstruction which could cost $20k or more. He also refused to give me muscle relaxers to ease my pain. I was handed a folder with the estimate in it for the periodontal treatment. Insurance doesnt cover this procedure. When I asked the desk girl about the billing, she was extremely careful to never say the price out loud, just to point at the paper and say that number. It was obvious she had gone through some sort of sales training and the whole experience was very unnerving. After the appointment, I tried to get my data from them, and they wanted to charge me $95 to have it all put on a flash drive. Nuts! I went to two other dentists and specifically asked them about the periodontal treatment. Both checked and said I didnt need it. I was eventually treated for my TMJ at a cost of just $300. I believe Clancy was taking advantage of the pain I was in during my visit to prescribe me a costly, totally unnecessary treatment. Think about who is paying for all those fancy massage chairs and TVs. You are. Clancy always responds very aggressively to reviews and claims he raised prices because he is a high tech office or to improve care. Dont buy it! This dentist is after your money, not your health. Go somewhere else!
