        April 6, 2024, 9:45am. First, the coffee order was wrong. Second, after waiting for 15 minutes, I asked a male server, who looks nice though, Are you able to check where my order is?, I have been waiting for over ten minutes. He said impatiently and rudely Mam, as you see, we are busy now. I am not checking specific order. You either wait or refund on that side. I was not pushing, but I think it was reasonable for me to ask and estimate how long do I need to continue waiting and then I decide whether I can wait there. There was no customer service at all, at least that male server, who was not trying to help at all. I give him zero star if google allows. If Starbucks does not pay attention to customer service, I wont be their customer anymore.

        This Starbucks is wonderfully welcoming and clean. The whole staff recognized me by name after just a few visits, and always remembered my order. The drinks are tasty and coffee is never burned. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone, if your local or just visiting its a fantastic environment.
