Liz made herself available during the evenings, on weekends, even while on vacation, you name it - and her replies were always immediate. We felt truly exceptionally well cared for. There is no doubt in my mind that Liz Darby is the consummate real estate professional: charming, analytical, organized, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She has a host of people that she has worked with over the years and each one of them had the particular skills needed at a particular juncture. They, too, were first class professionals who added just the right perspective or skill. I really don't believe that we could have gotten through the labyrinth of selling a house we had lived in for forty years without Liz. She was a cheery and very competent presence in our lives and we miss her. She always went the extra mile. She gave us confidence and support both in the preparation of our house and in negotiating the sale.

Liz came to us highly recommended from someone that has worked with her before. We live far from the home being sold and needed someone attentive and trustworthy to be on our side. Liz far exceeded our expectations. We originally listed the home in June of 2022 as interest rates were rising and market activity began to slow down.
