They always are attentitive and caring to my needs during difficult times, or if I have a simple and stupid question, somebody always is motivated to get me the right answer the first time. James B has been amazing over the last week at helping me modify my policy through my carrier and has made my experience seamless! Would highly reccomend Scotti!

        On two different occasions I was told that the plates on my vehicle which was no longer on the road would be cancelled by agent I delt with.then I was over charged 150$ on an insurance payment.thank God Plymouth rock fixed it
