Mike was awesome to work with from start to finish! He was friendly on the phone and explained everything in a way I could understand (I have no knowledge of radiators). He was up-front about his pricing and was flexible when I rescheduled on him 2x. The job ended up being affordable and quick. I'd definitely work with him again and recommend him to anyone else.

He was great. Mike answered the phone when I called at 8:15 Sunday morning. He came Sunday morning. Explained everything to us. We will highly recommend Mike. We called other companies and they didn't call me back.

The guy doesnt know how to fix it but charge a huge price. Not recommend.

Mike (owner) took my call. He took time over phone to clearly understand the issue and presented a few possible options. He was also upfront with fair pricing and was able to stick to his quote! He arrived on time and his assistant, Kevin, was very knowledgeable as well. Mike & Kevin were very friendly to work with and I will absolutely hire E&M again, when needed. Thank you Mike & Kevin!!

I am still almost speechless with the awesome service I received from these guys. When our complex AC unit died in a midst of this unprecedented heatwave, our plumber recommended Mike (since our existing AC maintenance company -with which we were in maintenance contract with - simply failed not only to fix the issue but even to show up). He found off hours time to come, examine and figure out the issue; procure a difficult product, fight for it to be delivered overnight and come and install it that same day. He and his colleague finished at 4 pm, and they still had 3 calls after us - he said he couldnt let his clients down in a midst of this oppressive heat. AND hed work all Saturday for that exact reason. Mind you, our job was ultra complicated because of the systems we have, and not only he was competent and comfortable installing it but he was also ultra nice! Just a pure pleasure to work with.
