Jen did the flower arrangements for our wedding in September 2017. After meeting with Jen she totally understood our vision.  The flowers she chose we absolutely beautiful!  We got married in the middle of the woods, and she was able to transform the land into an enchanted wedding venue.  Couldn't be happier with her work and would highly recommend!

Called days ahead of our granddaughters First Communion and asked to have a nosegay for a little girl sent on the Friday.....the day before the Communion and since I had worked in a florist shop I understand what a holiday like Mother's Day is like.  However, she never received the flowers.  The day OF the communion an arrangement arrived for her in a big glass vase and the writing on the card was not legible.  It did not say what I had requested to be on the nosegay and it wasn't from me.  I called and she said....sorry....not too sincere and she would look into it and ended with....well, It's Mother's Day and we are really busy.  I called later Sunday night and told them I wanted a credit on my credit card.  Did not hear back til the next day....Voice Mail.  They may no attempt to pacify me AND they went back to pick up the arrangement they did send as it was for someone else.  NEVER AGAIN!

We used stems for my moms funeral arrangements. Very disappointing. Spent close to 2000. It looked like 200 worth of flowers. The baskets looked like someone pulled out 1/2 the flowers. You could see the green floral block .

I must respond, and restate my disappointment, and object most strenuously to the scurrilous mischaracterization of me as somehow confused by my grieving. That is a very sad and totally incorrect assessment, as she well knows. I was only able reach her once by phone (and once she would not speak to me as she was 'off on Monday') but through several email/texts she knows that we were both reasonable and wholly disappointed.Her product bore not the most remote resemblance to the sample pictures she provided. Not just different flowers due to season - entirely different arrangement, slapdash and sparse, and no small child's arrangement, as clearly requested. My past experience led me to trust Stems with no price quote or specifications. burned. I pointed out that she could have satisfied me by a good faith gesture, simply refunding one of the 5 pieces I ordered, she'll loose far more than that due to the ill will engendered, both with my family and the funeral director who was also disappointed. ( he was inclined to put her pieces on the floor, so as not to detract from the other). 15 years of business is something most owners would value, i'd wager. I guess I know nothing about business.
