I had my hair done earlier this year with a full highlight and a haircut. I expressed some concerns about my piercings to my stylist, which were not followed resulting in injury to my ear and my earring being damaged. She used products and performed services on me in addition to what I had scheduled without informing me of the prices, or even asking if I wanted those products or services. This tacked on at least $100 in additional fees, coming out to ~$400. My hair came out stripey and uneven. She did not attempt to find my natural part, resulting in off placements of the highlights. She did not get close to my roots on a lot of the foils. Its been about a month now, and it looks like my hair hasnt been touched up in three months. I have attached a photo of what it looked like 2 days after the service.

Today was my 3rd visit to Katana Spa to see Mary Connell. She is simply amazing. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and great at listening to your concerns and needs about your skin. I have had the luxury back treatment twice and today I had the signature facial with eyebrow wax. I have dry/very dry, sensitive skin and Mary is an expert in this field. My skin has never felt better and it looks amazing. It literally is glowing. I have already booked my next appointment with her for next month! Highly recommend making an appointment with her!
