        Hot tub is fantastic, staff is great, clean welcoming environment! Definitely recommend. Side note: Would be nice to have a shorter time offered as well (20 min vs 30).

        I've done the DIY home and premier athletic facility cold plunges many times before... but the Fire and Ice cold plunge/sauna here was on a complete other level. Well maintained and clean facility, personable staff and amazing owner. Absolutely fantastic experience. Felt like a million bucks on the way out the door after only one visit. Its a must try for aging athletes still trying to push their limits, those looking to recover from surgery/injury or those looking to improve their overall health. Completely helped in my recovery. Will be visiting again.
