      image This has been by far the worst company I have ever seen, they are unprofessional, they have no desire to put the children’s needs before their own. The BTs do not show up for their scheduled times and there is no consistency. When you bring up your concerns the services continue to be threatened. They say their taking on new clients but yet they can’t even staff the clients they already have. The BTs have no experience working with children nor do they know how to handle a tantrum and deal with behaviors. I would not recommend using their services unless you want to go months without having the proper “team” in place that is originally promised.
