Ok, so this started with a little post card offering a free $4k life insurance policy because I am part of the Ride Share Guild. When they would call me it took a few times to actually talk as it kept coming in as spam. I answer it finally because I had pressed the no button on the phone call. I was getting in the shower. They immediately called back. Annoying. Then the woman is trying to get me to commit to some type of appointment to hear what things I actually get thru this agreement between the guild and the company. I tell her to call me back the next day because again getting in the shower. A week goes by and I get another call. It has a name attached to it so I answer. It's a different woman calling about the same thing. Fine, call me the next night around 7 as this is when my husband and I are sure to be home. What I thought was going to be like a 20 minute ZOOM CALL(What?) to explain, it turned into an hour and half long life insurance appointment. The Zoom call was necessary because she wanted to screen share documents. Explains that. Could have been honest. I was offered a policy of $20k for $50. Great deal, but how did this change it me paying for something? Ok it is a great deal though and it had already been offered. Then I was asked for friends and family's info. They were going to get a $2k policy no matter what. I have several medical conditions. I tried to say this. It was waved away. But I am required to give every scrap of information about dates, doctors, medications, locations. On top of this, her connection was horrible. We ended up repeating everything several times. And when an explanation.was giving, it was waved away. I really felt this was a push for money. Also as a follow up, the insurance woman used my medical info we had talked about to basically scare/threaten me. Apparently if I have anymore strokes I will never be able to get a policy so I should just get it from her. I will never give you my business. I was going to. Maybe you should have upfront with things. I do not recommend.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Miss Joy Bell, and she effortlessly made me feel extremely comfortable talking with her. She also explained things really well, and Im sure there are more like her at this company.
