Went there to replace a dead battery. We looked up my recent purchase and figured out it was still under warrantee, so I ended up getting money back for my dead battery. I wouldnt have even considered that without the help of the employees there. Very helpful and generous!

I've been by 6 times in the last 3 months to find the store closed. Google says open til 9, sign on door at 6 says closed, go to Tewksbury. If you're not open or can't be open, update your hours. Other times sign closed for lunch. You go back two hours later and still nobody there.
