Ive lived at the Avalon eaves in Wilmington for the past year! Amanda, Deb, Katrina and Lauren in the leasing office are amazing! They rapidly respond to all requests and are always willing to help. Maintenance is phenomenal and on top of any minor issue that might come up. Property is immaculate and always taken care of and its very safe for kids. We love it here and the staff is the best!

I feel at home with eaves. I have been here for over 3 years, and recently transferred to Wilmington West (for a larger apt.) The layouts are wonderful, as are the appliances and finishes. You cannot beat their maintenance team, and they always respond quickly. All of the office staff are welcoming and helpful. I must give special kudos to Amanda H. If it weren't for her persistent assistance, guidance and understanding, I don't know where I'd be now! She was always there for me and very patient with me. Love it here!

We had a great experience living in this place. It's very serene and secure location, trees around provide a calm atmosphere for comfortable living. The professionalism exhibited by the people who working there. Amanda's dedication to her role was evident in her consistently helpful demeanor. Whether addressing inquiries and assisting with the move-in process, she went above and beyond, ensuring a seamless moving, we were relocating from other state without having seen the place beforehand. Her descriptions were accurate, and every promise made was upheld, leaving us thoroughly satisfied with our decision. We had a forest view and it was awesome, deers, rabbits squirrels adding relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, Fernando deserves special recognition for his exemplary maintenance work. He meticulously kept the premises in pristine condition, promptly addressing any issues that arose. Whether it was adjusting water temperature or replacing appliances, or just checking boiler before winter his respectful and efficient approach never faltered. His contributions played a significant role in maintaining the property. It's always good to see when people do their job great. The recent remodeling of the clubhouse is a testament to the management's commitment to providing top-notch amenities. The updated design and condition reflect a dedication to enhancing residents' living experience. The well-equipped gym, alongside amenities like grills and a pool, ensured that our leisure needs were always met. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend this apartment building to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. From the professionalism of the staff to the quality of amenities, every aspect exceeded our expectations. It's worth money. Our time here was truly memorable, and we will remember the time we spent there with warm.
