Sherry & Gwen- Really can't thank you enough for our Monson House. We were looking on line after selling our mountain home in North Carolina. We wanted something on the water, in Massachusetts and in our price range. We didn't have realtor yet in Mass and when we saw your listing on Zillow (?) I called, spoke with Sherry and she set up an appointment almost immediately to view it. We made an offer shortly after and had it accepted. Throughout the entire process, both Gwen and Sherry made it easy, answered all our questions and concerns and helped us throughout the entire process. I have to say this is the 5th house we've purchased (hopefully the last) and no realtor has ever made it so easy. We've worked with large real estate firms before but this was an experience that far exceeded any previous ones. You pretty much can't do any better, whether you're looking to but or sell. Bob & Lise
