Lino took over a 7 unit multifamily who tenants were paying significantly below market value. Lino did all necessary notices and paperwork to bring them to market value. Within the first 6 months, my profit margins increased significantly!! Lino takes care of every headache that comes with being a landlord. His communication is exceptional and his knowledge of tenant /landlord laws is remarkable. Lino is personable , organized, on time, and an overall hard worker. He treats the properties he manages with quality and care, ensuring that the landlord is aware of ways to improve in any aspects . If you own any property and need a helping hand, this is the company to work with! It honestly is a no brainer!!

Cant say enough about Lino and the Carrasquillo Management team. Lino was able to secure new quality tenants in a timely fashion. He answered all of my questions via texts or calls quickly and efficiently and has a great grasp on the market in the greater Springfield area. Would highly recommend Lino to anyone looking in that area and I look forward to working with him and the Carrasquillo team on other properties in the near future.
