I cannot praise the competence, professionalism and knowledge of Rose at Active Physical Therapy more highly.  Appointments with her are hands on, individualized attention based specifically on your condition and your doctor's protocol.  She takes regular measurements to assess your progress and is excellent at explaining why certain movements and exercises are important to recovery.  I recovered from total reverse shoulder replacement weeks sooner than anticipated, which I credit to Rose's dedicated approach.  She is the best!

Rose is an amazing therapist! She looks at your body in its entirety and assists with direct support as well as strengthening exercises to aid in your recovery. Love her!

I have been to a lot of physical therapists over the years, and Rose is by far my favorite. She helped me fix SI joint issues that had been plaguing me for years. She's super knowledgeable, and also just a nice and pleasant person. :)

I couldn't recommend Rose and APT more highly. Rose worked with me over 4 months when I was recovering from a very bad ankle fracture. I was really scared of putting weight on it, and I think that getting individual attention made all the difference. At every session, Rose took lots of notes to document where I was at, and then was always ready with tailored exercises that helped me solidify my gains and get me to the next level. I deeply appreciated her patience and her good humor in the face of my fears; she has a remarkable combination of emotional skill and physical therapy expertise.
