Went in at 9:30 and no coffee at all. Store closes at 10. So maybe stop trying to wish whatever your cleaning duties are and keep the coffee until closing. The 2 girls working had no interest in customer service at all. Probably trying to get out and go to a Halloween party.

Youre clearly price gouging gas. Theres no reason for your price to be above the national average. Never getting gas here again for this reason. Plenty of place in the area are below $4 and yet here you are at $4.29 for two weeks straight as the trend of gas prices lowering around the country reaches almost 60 days. Congrats on being that guy.

Man, people are being absolutely rude and entitled in these other reviews... I've been coming to this Cumbies location since it opened, it's gained my business after the store in Palmer failed me, and it was always on the way to work. Y'all realize it's still hard to get product in stores because of the pandemic, right? Cumberland Farms as a company has changed many things about their stores, especially this location, and Wilbraham is a rich town so of course the gas is a little higher priced. In my experience, actually, it's been lower than that of Palmer, Brimfield, and Sturbridge combined. If you don't like the price though, search for somewhere else. And don't blame this location, blame the company as a whole! Well, for gas prices, blame our current government, but ANYWAY-- I like the employees here. There's been a lot of new faces, kids who are just getting into the work force, but I recognize some of the ones who's been there a while, and they always provide me with good service. Even in the middle of the night, someone peppy is usually behind the counter ready to work. They get my respect too because I could never work at a gas station, my anxiety would fly through the roof. Speaking of another thing since covid, this place has always been understaffed! But so has everywhere else!! Because nobody wants to work? Nah, people wanna work - companies don't want to hire even if they say they do. Kiosks annoy me too but it's something instead of nothing - swallow your pride and use it. Overall, I'm always coming back to this store whenever I'm home. Even though I'm more apt towards Pride because of low gas prices, and I would go to Pilot, but there's only one location in MA and I'm not going to Sturbridge every single time I want something small. Too much of a distance.

About
Cumberland Farms

Cumberland Farms makes life easier for busy people every day. What started in 1939 with a cow and a dream has grown into a network of convenience stores across eight states. Three generations later, Cumberland Farms is still family owned and operated, and continues to reflect the values it was built upon: envisioning a better way to serve customers by providing the best possible products at the best possible prices. Whether you're buying a cold Chill Zone fountain drink, a hot or iced cup of Farmhouse Blend Coffee, or filling the gas tank, convenience and customer service are key. Cumberland Farms also has a long heritage of giving back to the communities where it operates, from feeding the hungry and serving the disabled, to supporting local sports teams and fundraising.
