Never had an issue with them, always great service when I go in but the app really needs a redo. Everytime I try and log in at later hours or up until about 7am it doesnt let me and says theres an issue. Same with logging in online around the same times

Great bank to work with on all fronts, personal accounts, business accounts, residential mortgages and commercial loans. The dedicated staff gives customers the local bank experience, yet they have the same (or better) loan products & up to date technology as the national banks.

They have always been good to me! I personally love that all my ATM fees are refunded! Crazy awesome! Keep it up!

Very kind and courteous bank. They have very knowledgeable and helpful staff at this location (as well as the others). Their online banking via the Touch-Banking APP is also very handy. Have been very pleased with them as a local/small bank. Would recommend to anyone in the area to give them a try.

I'm so sad that I have to update my review to a negative one, because I really used to like this bank. I've been banking here for 5 years now, but recently things have seemed to go downhill.In the last 6 months my debit card has been compromised 4 times. After speaking to numerous people I know, they all agreed that it was not normal. Sure, it happens once in awhile, but theres no reason it should happen that often. After the phone call that it had happened again, I decided it was time to close my accounts and move on to another bank. I stopped into the Hampden office, where they quickly closed my account, but they did it a little too quickly. In fact, the girl behind the counter only asked for my name. No ID, no SS#, not even my address. Just typed in my name, closed my account, and handed me a wad of cash.Seems like security seems to be slacking here, and unfortunately I can no longer trust that my money will be secure with Monson Savings, so with that, I move on to another bank.
