I wish the receptionist was a bit warmer toward the patient. Her over reaction regarding my late arrival was unacceptable. After driving 1 hour from Plymouth to Whitman feeling the worst morning sickness she told me my ultrasound was canceled even though I got a confirmation saying my appointment would not start until 8:45 am. Not very clear! The receptionist lack of empathy made me want to leave immediately! I dont recommend this place.

Really bad experience here nurse talking badly about me through the door, very judgey and was given the wrong expiration date for my IUD, and then telling me that I still had time to replace it when it was already expired and they didnt realize this until this recent appointment that they had gotten the year of replacement wrong. do not recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. Carolyn McNulty told me Id need my *husbands* permission to be sterilized (after telling her I was partnered to a woman) and several children because Id regret not having kids. She said that insurance wouldnt cover surgery for diagnostic lap + sterilization and didnt think my periods sounded out of the ordinary. She also wanted to give me an IUD with nothing but 800mg of ibuprofen for pain management. Went to a different gyno, got my lap/hyst/salp combo and they found STAGE 3 ENDO which was excised, all covered by insurance and with zero regrets on my end. Cant believe shes still employed since this happened three years ago and I informed the practice about it then.
