Citizens Supermarket Branch

I went to the Stop & Shop branch and Whitman mass. They have a new manager I think assistant manager such a young gentleman. He was very pleasant accommodating, and he helped me with some problems on my checking account had great patience, and was very knowledgeable. I hope he stays at that branch. He is wonderful.

I had the pleasure of working with Jane today and Id just like to say, she was an absolute doll! I explained on the phone that I would be on a time crunch, and Jane offered to pencil me in for an appt to ensure that I was in and out. Ive never received such excellent customer service from a bank before. The process took longer than I expected, so I left for an appt and when I returned, she got on the phone immediately to continue resolving my issue. She was personable and spunky, definitely made the situation less tedious.

Convenient location at Stop n shop but the self  ATM HERE.... Seems abit unsafe with in the traffic pattern of the check out line with customers walking by you and even with cameras it's so close to the door!Will be the last time I use this ATM!Just don't feel comfortable or safe withdrawing cash feet from the exit.They should have had more private and protective sides or move the location to a safer spot.I assume the rest is fine but ATM is quicker for me !

The people I have dealt with have all been friendly and professional it's the product I have issues with. A $10. service fee if  I do not make a deposit in a given month. I am curious. If I do not make a deposit what service are they rendering to me???? Also they just raise the "service fee" for mailing me a statement by 50% to $3.00 Online banking is tricky too. Becareful when adding a new payee. The default setting is, Citizens bank will contact the payee and have them deliver the bill to them instead of the account holder. As the account holder you have to refuse this option or it will automatically be enforced. Ridiculous. My search for a consumer friendly bank continues.

I had an issue with the branch manager stating that he would assist try to assist me with an issue with my checking account when I had the time. When I went back 10 days later, he was at lunch . I asked for him to call me back by the end of the day and he didnt. Almost by the end of the next day, I still hadnt heard from him so I called. When I spoke with him, he acted as if he never said anything to me about helping me in any way! I said why did you bother to tell me to came back and talk to you if there wasnt anything you could do for me and give me your card? I ended up hanging up on him and calling corporate. I am NEVER going back to that branch again!
