        Victor is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever come in contact with. I am a young college student who had various questions regarding my taxes and stimulus check. I was simply curious and eager to learn more, so I figured calling him would be beneficial. He got very aggressive and frustrated immediately on the phone. He then began to belittle me saying (and I quote) "Cmon little girl you need to get your finances figured out, I don't know how many times I have to repeat myself with you. I'm just waisting extra time with this and I have my own things to do." I was utterly shocked. I hung up and texted him saying "I'm giving you a bad review." He replied, "Go ahead if you don't want to be sued !!!! I tried to help !!" I was speechless, disappointed, and frustrated to say the least..
