We had an emergency flood situation in our basement which resulted in awful stains on everything including a furnace, concrete walls and the basement floor. This company was able to remove all the water and contaminants (in air and water), then remove all the ugly stains. It was like a miracle! The whole process was thorough and professional. And the rapid response to our emergency was amazing. I cannot recommend Boston Restoration Solutions highly enough. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

10/10. incredible. Very knowledgeable. Responsive. committed to seeing the project through even when the property lost power. I would go back to Luis again and again. I deeply appreciated him. We found him online by vetting reviews and were lucky he worked out so well! Call him. (we had water damage/mold)

We had the privilege of having Luis, from Boston Restoration Solutions at our home. We live in a Condominium, where there was a water leak from the unit above. Luis let us know his plan to restoration every step of the way. He would educate my husband and I on his plan, and ask for our approval making sure we understood his plan. This gentleman is beyond professional and knowledgeable. Fingers crossed, nothing will happen in the future. Luis would be the the first person we recommend to family and friends.
