        Yet another chain establishment which is understaffed with employees who are completely overstretched. The exorbitant cost for filing was a huge waste as I had to keep calling the tax departments due to the mess. The post-filing customer support is non-existent, they even hangup on calls after keeping on hold for 45+ mins. Learnt the hard way that H&R stands for Hopeless & Repulsive.
