If I could give them 0 stars I would. Were my house plans nicely done = yes Were they detailed = yes Worth the frustration = no, find somebody else! Unfortunately, their lack of communication and responsiveness is unacceptable. When you call multiple times, several days, several times in one day and no one has the decency to call you back. Send an email, they wont get back to you that way either. So you take time from work to pay them a visit and arrive to see five workers sitting in the office, quietly, no customers when I called five minutes before arriving. When asked if they answer the phone, the worker said no! We would be on the phone all day. Like Im sorry??? Its a business. Promised me upgraded plans by end of day and still nothing. Home renovation is currently on hold because this awful unreliable company can not give me what I need which they promised in one to two days and it has now been weeks. Would not recommend this company to homeowners who are looking for plans for their reno.
