I'm at my wits' end. The place itself is okay, safe, relatively clean, but it is impossible to get into contact with any of the leasing staff. If I call, there's a 95% chance no one will answer. Leave a message? Forget it, they won't listen to it or respond. On the off chance that someone does answer the phone, they say "okay, I'll get back to you on that" and then it's radio silence. Nothing. Half of my emails have been ignored completely. If I walk into the office, most of the time, no one is there. If someone is there, they again assure me that they'll get back to me to no avail. I live here and have been in correspondence with the staff for a few weeks now about my renewal lease. They keep promising that they'll get it to me to sign. Technical difficulties, they say. Technical difficulties do happen, but I never receive updates or any communication about progress. Maybe it's a sign from the universe. I'm looking at other apartments. Edit: Changed from 1 star to 3 stars. Big shoutout to Jackie (the property manager, I think)! She reached out to me within a few days of this review going up. She answered my emails, followed up, tweaked any typos on the renewal lease, and was very attentive. The issue has been resolved. I still wish it had not taken a bad review to get the ball rolling. I hope things continue to improve.

They have changed the name of their apartments in order to rebrand away from the name Mio.. dont be fooled by this - these apartments are terrible to live at, renter beware

Please read the reviews I liked the apartment itself, but I could smell sewage from time to time. Parking has a blind corner at least Mio should put one of those mirrors where you could see oncoming car. Why does the community room $350 to book for just a few hours? Leasing office staff is very rude especially that manager she is just so mean I dont get how shes still working there after so. These apartments are falling apart. We lost power multiple times over our time of stay. Once we didnt have power for 3 days and Mio had no backup. Shouldnt they have generators or something.
