He has been my agent for years, and goes above and beyond to accommodate even the most complex of cases. We appreciate you and all your hard work to find us the most competitive and comprehensive plan. All of the staff at Harborside treat you like family, I just cannot say enough great things about Rich & Linda! This is by far THE BEST insurance agency!! I agree with everyone, Rich has called me on vacation before, he genuinely cares about all of his clients. It doesnt matter what day it is, he always finds a way to get back to his valued clients directly! You WILL NOT FIND THIS KIND OF SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE!! Honestly, they need to be nominated for Best of the South Shore and Best insurance agency in MA awards!! 10 STARS!

      We do not deserve 1 star from Kris “TheLastOne” Hagood. Kris is apparently from DC, we do not have him as a client, and we are not licensed in DC so I have no idea who or what Kris is reviewing us for. So maybe I should be happy he didn't put a 1 star.
