        Joined in Nov 2023. Downgraded my plan in Jan 2024 and cancelled my membership before the end of Jan. Was charged an annual club enhancement fee after cancelling. I called to inquire but was put on hold for 30 minutes, so I went in person to inquire about the unwarranted and contractually unsupported charge only to be faced with the I dont have to refund anything from the owner. Oh, yes and followed by an explanatory Ive been at this for a while. Would strongly encourage people to look elsewhere for professionalism and a better gym!

        I love this gym! So grateful you opened up in Weymouth. So many equipments to choose from, but my favorite has to be the personalized disinfectant and rag. They even separate the used bottles vs the fresh one. Thank you for doing that. :-)

      Thank you for your membership! I encourage everyone to listen to us when you enroll. When you are on a monthly membership you cancel whenever you like but you would be responsible for all payments in the next 30 days including any annual payments that are included. I’m sorry you didn’t understand that when you enrolled !
