There is a reason the rating for this place is so high. I spoke to Carlita several times about getting new car insurance and she went above and beyond to help me. Would recommend her to anyone who has just moved to MA

Overall, Allstate was not a bad insurance company with a great app. Vi was very helpful in setting up my account. A year later I signed another policy and the autopay did not transfer (I input my information and it was confirmed). I never received an email or a simple phone call from them for that matter. The only reason I knew about it was because I received a letter in the mail from RMV. After logging in and seeing the one month balance due, i paid promptly. I then emailed Vi and was told there is nothing he can do to reinstate or write a new policy. A simple phone call would have been nice or some type of communication to let me know. I do not live day to day and was unaware that the 100 was due because I was under the impression my autopay was set up. Ridiculous
