They are the worst, they always charge for auto repairs and they never fix the issue with vechicle. They should not be in buisness

I had a few things related to emissions that needed to be fixed to pass inspection. I'd never been to Preferred Automotive before. The owner Dean gave me a next day appointment which are typically hard to get. His team did a nice job. Dean's a nice guy who knows how to treat a new customer. In the future I'll go to Preferred when I need automotive work done. They're nice people who are very good at what they do.

family has been bringing cars here for years. Dean is excellent and tells you exactly what is going on with your car.

Very rude to customer and very bad customer service. Ask me to drop off my car at the early morning, but never touch my car until I call them at late afternoon. When I come pick up my car, they only did some of the job and don't honest the flyer price. When I point out what the flyer said, the owner, Dean, just ask me to get away. There are lot of good auto repair stores around, why come here. Never come back. Shame on them.
