Roula is truly amazing. She had my house under agreement after only three showings in which all prospective buyers submitted generous offers all in one weekend and I accepted an offer at well over 12% above the asking price. But, more importantly was the extreme pleasure and satisfaction of my interaction with Roula as a nervous seller in a challenging economy for many reasons. Roula, unlike any other realtor I have had in past purchases and sales, is a perfectionist and executes her selling process at such a high level.
