Wasted time I should pick up my Money Gram transfer at this bank, but I was told that this service is only for their members. ONLY a member with at least $50.00 on it can do it. Therefore I needed to pick up $10000 it was the only option for me. They ensured me that I will definitely receive my money . Next day I came back for the second time and tried to set up my account with them. I made it online before this visit, but they needed more time to set it up. So I was told to come back in 3-4 days to put money on my account and only then I can receive my Money Gram. Day X came. The only thing that worried them if I brought the money to put on the account. I deposited $100.00, everything went smooth , UNTIL THEY REALIZED THAT THEY CANT PROCEED WITH MY MONEY TRANSFER. So Ive been there for 3 times during the week, was forced to open an account and put money on it and was ensured that they wont have any problems with Money Gram services. Ive spent 2 hours of my life to set up the useless account with UFCU and they didnt even explain what are their benefits, how to use it , absolutely no information, not even about online banking- zero. The saddest thing is that time is the most valuable resource and I lost it due to their poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
