        What a joke!!  Tried multiple times to speak to a customer representative, have waited on hold for as long as 40 minutes.  After days of trying I called Charles Schwab just to see if i could speak to anyone, I got right through!!I was told I could make a appointment to visit one of thier offices, something you can't do with fidelity.  I'm transfering all of accounts to Schwab.
