I am a first time comcast user signing up for xfinity Wi-Fi. I had my own router but needed a modem, so I seeked assistance early on a Tuesday morning. Multiple employees greeted and helped me right away! They told me where to get a modem and even checked the target inventory across the street. I am happy no one tried to upsell me or discourage my choice to NOT rent the xfinity modem monthly (which would have cost more in the long run). Thanks!

I physically visited this store for assistance due to the Xfinity app, not answering my questions, or making the changes to my service I wanted. One question I had was why were DVR recordings appearing on my TV when I never recorded them. It is like a phantom person was using my account to record, shows or movies. The second question was to evaluate how I could reduce my monthly bill. The gentleman I spoke with, assured me that the DVR recording was not another person and could be popping up from an old box?? And also advised that removing the home phone line (which I dont even know the number two or have a phone jack) and one premium channel would reduce my monthly payment of $45 This would also result me losing Netflix, which was included in my monthly rate. I decided that would move further with his suggestion due to the fact that the reduction in my bill and adding paying for Netflix separately would still bring my overall monthly cost $30 less than I was paying now. I asked if he could guarantee that I wouldnt lose any other channels and he concurred so I moved forward with the change. Much to my dismay when I got home, I lost every premium channel that I had only hours ago. After being on the phone with Xfinity for almost an hour and nine minutes trying to restore all the channels that were taken away from me, I now have to pay $42 more per month and then I was originally paying before I walked into the store plus and an additional monthly fee to pay Netflix and Ive also do not have all the channels that I originally had or a phone line. to say the least, Im infuriated. Had to waste tome away from work, resulting in paying more $ per month and have reduced service channel options than I had only 24 hours ago due a mistake on Xfinitys behalf. Ridiculous time wasted and horrendous recovery. Now paying more money for less services. Need to switch cable & internet providers immediately.
