We use Suburban at the residential complex that I manage and they have been great to work with. They are prompt and do meticulous work. We plan to continue to use them for all of our new HVAC installations and maintenance of our existing units.

Definitely a pleasurable experience with Kenny and the install team. Pricing was fair, and service was terrific from start to finish! Communication flowed consistently and we always knew where we stood in the process. Workmanship was great, and new HVAC unit works perfectly. Thanks!

Suburban HVAC was fantastic. We received a fair and accurate quote, they made sure we were happy with all the work they completed, and most of all they are always so responsive. Their customer service is top-notch and we are pleased with our new HVAC system.

Suburban replaced our HVAC system this fall. Going into it, we knew nothing about HVACs or our own system (except that it was broken). After researching a lot of brands and companies and calling MassSave, we decided to go with Suburban. They were very responsive, met with us to explain the various options and pros and cons, provided very detailed spec sheets, gave us the exact correct amount for our rebates, wore conscious that we had no heat and it was getting cold (in October) and everyone was respectful and helpful. Bobby Rinn, our "comfort advisor" was helpful and responded to our concerns and questions with practical options and solutions. Richard Vito and Michael (can't remember his last name) helped us understand the systems for a final decision, Michael and his crew were extremely diligent and hardworking in the installation (thank you again to all of you), and Ann Marie St. Germain and others were great with paperwork and getting us information for the rebate process. Trying to figure out such a major investment when it's not your field can be daunting, but I think it is worth it to be able to trust your HVAC installer and technicians and know that they are committed to serving people in your community, not just trying to make a sale. I have already recommended Suburban to several others in my neighborhood, and I believe they will do right by you.
