    A very unprofessional agency!!! Had them for ONE month for my Husband & then said GOODBYE for a very professional, well organized & staffed agency. They dont even deserve the one star.

    If I could give zero stars I would . This place is a joke. They do not answer or return calls. They lie and tell you that you aren't eligible for supplies and services just because they want to save money. They deny services that you have been approved for . They do not care about their patient and urge the nurses to avoid your calls. Horrible !!!!

    Pathways Healthcare nurses and physical therapists were very professional, caring, supportive, timely, and knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know my father during visits which greatly helped his recovery, both physically and mentally. We highly recommend Pathways Healthcare.

    My father is currently a patient trying to receive home health care after 3 weeks in acute rehab. I whole heartedly DO NOT recommend this organization. (I give it one star because the Physical therapist is amazing,and I can't leave zero stars)) There is a complete breakdown in communication, management never calls back or gives accurate information regarding appointment days or times. There are frequent no shows by RNs without a phone call. Blood work is not taken in a timely manner and there is never a date given to when it may be completed. There is zero accountability and no answer as to why services are not being completed. They state they are available 24/7 but when leaving messages on a weekend you don't get a call back, ever, not even when the work week begins. No one at the organization accepts responsibility for this and no one has any answers as to why a patient doesn't hear back. We are unable to get a schedule of when RNs will be visiting and even when they commit to a day the RNs don't show up or call to say they won't be there. My father should be seeing an RN twice a week and he has only seen one once a week for his duration with the business. Additionally most don't have his medical history, know what medications he is taking or know anything about him. Clinical mgr Andrew in particular will not return calls or answer any questions regarding when care can be expected. Blood work orders from the PCP do not make it to the RNs so over a week goes by without the blood being drawn. When trying to call and speak to a rep you will be put on hold and frequently hung up upon.. frequently. Sometimes without anyone answering, sometimes in the middle of a conversation. If this is the state of our home health care I fear for those who are alone and have no one to advocate for them. Those poor people are simply prey for organizations such as this. I work in health care and I could not imagine caring so little for my patients. This is the definition of sub-standard care.
