        Wish I could give it zero stars Boycott this Bank I see a lot of lawsuits coming. Took my mom to a branch in north shore Massachusetts today where her account is at the moment she told them she wanted to close her account an take her money elsewhere so they are trying to tell her things that are not true about her account mind you she's elderly so they started confusing her so she couldn't take her money an close the account.. Already started making the needed phone calls for her

        The directions do not take you to the Citizens building. It takes you to the shopping center parking lot below and then you have to find your way from there.
