No one ever has described getting a crown as a PERFECT experience, but that's exactly how I would describe my recent experience at Wachusett Family Dental. Dr. Abigail Manzella's skillful ability and experience is only overshadowed by her kind personality and caring ways. This past month, I had crown work done and it was absolutely PERFECT from beginning to end. Dr. Manzella and her assistant, Alli heard my concerns and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I literally had zero pain during or after the procedure...not even the slighest tooth discomfort. The fit of the temporary crown was PERFECT; the best fit of a crown I've had. The advanced technology used in her office allowed the production of the permanent crown to have a PERFECT fit as well with no adjustments needed. I highly recommend Dr. Manzella and her staff at Wachusett Family Dental!!

Our whole family has been going to Wachusett Family Dental for many years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the facility is state of the art and spotlessly clean, and Dr. Palermo does great work with minimal pain. I'm not the kind of person to rush out and have dental procedures as soon as a problem is identified - I'm much more of a wait and see kind of person - and they have always been respectful of that and have never tried to coerce me into having a procedure done. Many thanks to Dr. Palermo and his staff!

I've been seeing Dr. Palermo and his wonderful staff for almost 20 yrs - since he first opened his practice in Westminster. The office is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The staff is kind, courteous, and professional. Our entire family goes to this practice for their dentistry needs. No complaints.

I wanted to take the time to share the incredible experience that myself and my family have had since becoming patients about a year ago. The overall experience has many areas and I would give this office 5 stars across the board. First off location, it is right off the highway. Super easy and has large parking lot. Once you are inside, between the amazing front desk staff, beautiful dcor and top notch equipment; you can't help but feel at ease. The hygienists are educated, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. My younger children have had ZERO issues getting in the chair and getting any work done. And for myself, Dr. Palermo has provided me the BEST dentistry I have ever experienced. He has placed an implant, done a root canal, crowns and fillings... not an ounce of pain, He has a wonderful bedside manner and a gentle touch. I used to experience such dental anxiety and now I have no problem getting in the chair. Dr. Palermo and his assistant have brought me such comfort in what could have been dark times. But instead, I leave with a smile on my face. If you are looking for a dentist or you don't feel this way about your current dentist...Pick up the phone and call. You will thank me.
