        They kept calling while I was at work and when I decided to just excuse myself and take the call they told me that I should just wait on hold for the supervisor so that he could give me my options. I wait 5 minutes on hold when I didn't even want to take this call in the first place and they tell me that I need at least a certain percentage and without that I wouldn't be able to do anything. I know this is not true as I am a first time home buyer and another loan officer had contacted me talking about different types of loans that could help me such as the low income one, the down payment assistance, etc. This guy did not give me all the options available and wasted my time. I will look elsewhere for my loan options, thank you.

        Clear to Close! Magic to a Realtors Ears. I had the pleasure of working with Jim Kochakian & Kyle Falkenmeyer from the Westford, MA branch. My buyers chose Jim due to their family's past excellent experiences. Buyers choosing out of State Lenders can be a Realtors nightmare!! But, their processing was flawless and quick. I was kept up to date at all times and never had to chase them down. Jim Kochakain truly takes a vested interest in his clients and I can see why he comes highly recommend.

Tony was regularly in contact with us to see if we had questions, give us updates, and walk us through the process. And when we did have questions, he took the time to carefully explain things to us, even when it was time-sensitive. Really a great experience - would highly recommend!
