F45 Training Westford

I love F45! The trainers are incredible and dedicated to your fitness journey, the gym itself is always clean, and the overall experience is well worth it. I highly suggest trying F45 regardless of your fitness ability. With the team they have there, everyone feels welcomed and the workouts are great.

f45 workouts have completely changed my life. Before I dreaded working out and now I look forward to it. The staff is kind and always makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to make a positive change in their life.

Pros: Tvs showing the workout, Music Cons: Not enough classes, Multiple coaches not certified, inexperienced staff and leadership, Pricing too high, class sizes are small, Lacks energy and enthusiasm, Trials are just so they get your CC # on file. Premium pricing for mediocre experience is not the F45 corporate culture. If you have seen F45 promotional videos you will not see that same quality at F45 WestfordUnfortunately i dont see them staying open for the longterm. Look elsewhere for your fitness needs.
