Atty. Kathleen Ryder is a high-conflict individual that has no genuine sympathy for her clients. She doesn't respond to her clients or my ex's attorney. If you attempt to advocate for yourself, she'll snap at you and dismiss your concerns. Big mistake retaining her.

I was strongly urged by a family member to talk to Jordan about representing me in my family case. After our consultation I instantly knew Jordan was the right person for the job. Right off the bat he was very thorough with gathering information and making sure he had all the facts he needed and then more. He listened to me and my needs, but more importantly he did everything he could to put my Son first. Jordan maintains great relationships with his clients and also his co-workers to create a seemingly painful process PAINLESS. It was a pleasure working with Jordan and the firm, including Matthew & Meredith, through a very long and unpleasant divorce and child support experience. This man has the patience of a saint and is extremely professional in dealing with a very belligerent, indifferent and lackadaisical opposing counsel who prolonged and stretched things out so much longer than necessary. At the same time Jordan was very knowledgeable, down-to-earth and personable with me. He really put me at ease through this whole situation and took the time to hear me and really listen to what I hoped to achieve and worked with me to make that happen. I hope to never need his services again but I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call him if needed and I highly recommend him and the firm to anyone who finds themselves in my former predicament.
