Received my dry cleaned clothes and immediately packed them for a business trip. To my horror when I went to put them on, the smell of being used was still there. I cant wear them because they reek from not being cleaned.

We used Premier Cleaners for many years and were happy until today. We had an issue with a piece of dry cleaning and brought it in to ask for their help. Rather than working with us or even having a reasonable conversation, the owner lit into my wife and was extremely rude. It was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We will never go there again and are advising all of our friends to do the same.

I have known about Premier Cleaner and Tailor in Westford for years. Mrs. Hannah and Mr. Jay are the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of trusting my clothes with. I have been to countless dry cleans and they have shown their quality care towards all of my clothes. My clothes have never been wet or semi-dry. They have always been completely dry, no wrinkles on the clothes. It always has that clean and fresh feeling when putting it on after the trip to the Cleaners (almost like its new). My family and I have always been more than satisfied from their quality of work and professionalism. Truly the cleaners that will be a go-to spot for me. Service: Alterations
