        I have been going to see Alyssa & Nadene for a few months. My joints and muscles feel so much better. I have issues with my foot and shoulder and they both do an amazing job and are very knowledgeable when it comes to their craft. I would recommend either of them without hesitation.

        Sophia is amazing she has fixed issues my husband and I both have had from old sports injuries of 20+ years. I highly recomend you see her with any muscle issues and alignment issues. Sciatica, Tommy John elbow injur, rotator cuff, minor scoliosis, and just other every day issues!

        If youre looking for someone who takes the time to understand your specific goals and makes you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin, I recommend you see my friend Michael! I had never received a professional massage before and I was truly surprised by what 1 session can do to make me feel relaxed, especially as I work on my feet all day. Michael is an expert at his craft and I cant recommend him enough!
