Had to spend around 3000 dollars to have a REAL CPA fix his mess. I wouldn't trust him with 10 bucks.

My taxes were filed incorrectly due to confusion of being a contractor, Don helped me to re-file my taxes and reduce the amount owed. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Very good experience.

I used Advanced Payroll Services for a nonprofit annual return and tax filing. We began in December of 2015. On January 22 of 2016 he told me it would be complete by the end of the month. On February 22 2016 he told me that he would send me a list of things he needed to complete the report, on March 18th, I still hadn't received the request for additional information. He did not contact me until his reply to my May 4 2016 email, he requested that we speak via phone, which we did. He asked some questions and indicated that he may need to speak with our payroll company. I emailed for an update on June 4, 2016, and he told me they would be complete by June 10 2016. On June 10th he spoke with my payroll processing firm. On June 13th he said he was almost done. I emailed him on June 21, 2016 and he said he would deliver them to me by the 24th, and when I told him I was out of town and he could mail them or deliver them to my office he said he would deliver them on June 29th. It is now 9/3/2016 and I am working with another CPA to fix Don Belisle's mess. The only work product I've received from him is an abbreviated annual report, much shorter and less detailed than those from years prior. He stopped responding to my emails after he sent the annual report on July 20th 2016. I would not recommend his services to any business. We chose him because he had a great recommendation from someone who uses him for their personal taxes. I will be filing a complaint with the MA Division of Professional Licensure.
