    Last minute business travel. Checked in after 7pm, the front desk gal was friendly and helpful. Great nights sleep, breakfast is sufficient, coffee is good!

    Right off the highway. GREAT customer service ( they were amazing and sooo nice). The beds were SUPER comfortable and the breakfast was great. Didnt have any problems. The shower head was amazing and had awesome power. The hallways looked brand new and smelled good but The only thing that caused me to put 3 stars was that it wasnt the cleanest. The room smelled a bit like cigarettes (which was probably a guest that didnt follow the rules) and the blanket had a stain on it, right on top of the top sheet so it was very noticable(Im not one to look). Other than that it was great, very quiet and the guy at the front was so great.

    Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. The room was definitely not cleaned before arrival, loose change on the floor, dirt, blood on the toilet, a large gap between the bottom of the door and outside, the heat does not work unless you leave it at 85 degrees dry heat - you cant turn down the heat so youre either freezing or choking on hot air. Ice outside the door, I almost fell. The bed was so uneven it must be over 20 years old - the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept on. We explained these concerns to Freddie, who is apparently the supervisor, and he was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to help. He hung up on us. We will be reporting this hotel to the Department of Health and writing a letter to the corporate office of Quality Inn. * Update * we spoke to the hotel owner and you once again were extremely rude, unprofessional and dismissive. The letter was sent to the health department. Terrible, filthy inhabitable establishment that needs to be shut down. Get rid of your automated responses - they are not genuine and you have done absolutely nothing to rectify the issue.
