Ive tried to get answers bc I called back in March to add a vehicle .I called to file a claim bc my window broke.The claim department call and says my vehicle isnt on my policy.they sent me the rmv1 form which you have to have in Massachusetts to prove that you have insurance I call the number that is listed for my agent my agent doesnt even answer the phone the girl that answered said I have to call customer service so I do and they dont know Ive never had this happen before

After requesting an auto quote from Allstate online, Ed reached out and reviewed my current coverage (at the time), and built me a comparable product. By switching from GEICO he saved me $1,200. I was THRILLED. Furthermore, we switched our homeowners policy and the rates have been steady with very robust coverage. I am so grateful for this agency! Thank you, Ed!

When I asked Edward McGovern for help with an issue, this was the response I received: "Hi Steve, You did none of this transaction with me through my office. You elected to go through our service center instead and they have all of your documentation. They will need to assist you with this. I would strongly encourage you to call 1-800-ALLSTATE, that's where you started. Thanks, Ed" Ed chose to not do his job as my insurance agent. When I switched to Allstate I signed up through the website. Mr. McGovern then reached out to ME and introduced himself. He said he was my rep and if I needed anything to reach out to him. Does the above seem like someone who is willing to help? I responded back with a simple question: are you refusing to do your job? I heard nothing back for days and finally decided to write him back. I explained that I would share his unwillingness to fulfill his job duties with the public, his company, and the BBB. The result? He wrote back trying to help. Too little too late.
