      Hi Nicholas. We are so sorry to hear this, but we don’t see an order from you in our system. What was the order number? Can you please call us at 413-287-7996 so we can help. Update: it’s now been a full day since you left this review for an order that was NOT placed with our small business. If you truly did place a $170 order that wasn’t fulfilled we would a) be mortified and b) certainly refund or redeliver.
