        My name is Jeff Henningson and echo the sentiments of Ann Davidson. My Mother moved into Whitney Place Assisted living in Dec. I have left numerous messages with Comptroller Brian Medieros trying to find out when my mother will get her 90% refund and have yet to receive a response. Everything up to this point with both The willows and Whitney place has been very good. This however has been a big disappointment. I am typically not one to complain but this should not be how customers are treated.

        The Willows treats visitors very well. The current sign-in system is user friendly and works well. It's always a pleasure to visit there!

        My mother in law was a resident until she needed skilled nursing care 10/15/21. We gave them a +$200,000 refundable deposit which was to be returned upon either rental of her apartment or 1 year. The year has past - weve tried to reach someone and have been ghosted for weeks. The apartment was lovely, the financial folks suck!
