Melissa is the very reason my house sold! When we initially contacted her we just wanted some information on the possibility of selling. We were hopeful but weren't completely sure of the whole process- until Melissa arrived. Her knowledge in the real estate market and confidence that our home would sell made us feel at ease about the whole process! She has a wealth of knowledge about every aspect from listing your home to showings and open houses to closing.  She walked us through every step from the very beginning and she always had a smile on her face! We were nervous and asked a lot of questions and she patiently answered all of them with confidence! She hosted the most beautiful open house, with attention to every detail inside and out! After one open house, we already had offers! She pours her heart into her work and it shows. I can't say thank you enough to her for the hard work she put into selling our home. Melissa is amazing at what she does and I hope anyone looking for a real estate agent to buy or sell calls her. You will not regret it! Thank you Melissa!

Melissa Hurley is an enthusiastic realtor who actively worked hard to help me find a place to call home. I called her and we planned on meeting to talk about my interests but overnight she set up a house to see and the next morning we were touring a home. I was glad she followed protective measures for covid. Within a few weeks I got a condo that weclosed on quickly!

I would absolutely recommend Melissa Hurley to use as a real estate agent to sell or buy a home.My sister and I were selling my parents' home.  Both of us have sold and purchased homes from other real estate agents.  This sale was different as this was the house we both grew up in which had lots of wonderful memories/emotions.  Melissa gave us ideas of what changes needed to be done in order to have the house appeal to current home buyers.There were several chandeliers which needed to be removed.  Those my sister and I loved and she had to convince us this dated the house.  After a few weeks of cleaning and completing some of the suggestions she made, the house was ready to be put on the market.Melissa scheduled an open house as well as put a few of her touches in the house such as pictures, fresh flowers, and a bench on the porch.  After the open house we received several offers.  We accepted one and agreed on a closing date.Right before the closing my sister had an accident and ended up in the hospital.  I had to finish the final steps including getting a power of attorney in order to represent my sister at the closing.  At this point Melissa went above and beyond she was there for me taking things off of the list that needed to get done.  A radon test needed to be done she met with the representative from the company called me and explained the details, stayed while they set up the tests, went back after the allotted time and mailed the tests to the lab.  She was there when for the installation of the radon system too.  She went there when the building inspector was there as well as when the fire department showed up to inspect the smoke detectors.   If it wasn't for her we never would have been ready by the closing date.  Melissa is personable, honest and is there for you every step of the way when selling your house.
