        He said he'd come at 7am to give an estimate.  He texted an hour before "I can't make it today, there is too much snow".  It was one foot of snow that stopped the morning before.  Was he lying about not being able to do an estimate for an exterior paint job, because there was too much snow?UPDATE:  HE WASN'T LYING.  HE TEXTED BACK AND SAID HE COULDN'T COME BECAUSE HE DOESN'T OWN BOOTS, ONLY PUMPS.
