Rafael and his team were extremely helpful when I was trying to get a loan for my condo. My bank was slow to even start the process, but Rafael was there every step of the way. They were always there for any questions I had or if I was having trouble getting my documents together. They did everything I could possibly ask, even letting me know if rates were about to drop so I would get a better deal. I would go with his team any time I need a loan.
