I worked with John Shanley at Fairway Independent Mortgage 4 times in the past 6 years now. My first home purchase (FHA) in 2017, 2 refinances of the property in 2020 and 2021, and most recently the purchase of our new home which closes 2/15/23. Every time I have been able to close in 30 days or less thanks to John. John is very easy to work with, communicates well, and is extremely helpful with any questions you may have, especially if this is your first real estate transaction. John always gets it done and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the market.

John made the mortgage experience very easy. Unlike most brokers he gave me very conservative cost estimates which allowed me to be very prepared financially when it was time to close. I will certainly be working with him again in the future.
